All sales are final. 

However, if you have ANY issue at all with your order, please contact me here. 

Please have a valid email just in case I need to contact you. 

Please be sure you are ordering the right size before placing your order. Worn earrings cannot be exchanged. However, if your earrings for any reason don't fit perfectly, please contact me and we can always do a size swap for a small fee. 

If there is a special customization you would like, you must contact me BEFORE placing your order to be sure I can accommodate. I am not obligated to uphold any customization request that I did not approve and am not obligated to refund any orders made with requests that I can not uphold. The order will be made as usual.
