Sold as a pair. Can be made 2 different sizes if specified in order notes.

ORGINAL tunnels are round, internally threaded screw back double flared tunnels.

TEARDROP tunnels are double flared and do not unscrew.

Normal earring options for non-stretched ears available in every design. 😊
